There is another community that is currently under habituation and the park rangers allow visitors to come along as they follow these chimps to learn more about their feeding and general life.

Day 2: Chimpanzee habituation in Kibale Forest
After a well-rested night at your lodge and an early breakfast, the driver guide picks you for the Chimp habituation experience. You will be briefed by a ranger guide on how you are expected to conduct yourself while in the forest when you locate the chimps. Often you will find the chimps either resting, feeding or grooming each other with the young ones. This activity allows you 4 hours with the chimps.
Depending on the time you start and how soon you locate the chimpanzees, this can be a whole days activity or a half day activity. You will walk with the rangers and researchers following these chimps throughout the day. This activity is not for someone who wants photos of chimps because the chimps under habituation are still not used to people and will be on the move a lot.
